WebAuthn Level 3

W3C WebAuthn level 3 spec for Passkeys.

Definition

WebAuthn Level 3 adds hybrid transport (cross-device QR + BLE for cross-platform Passkeys without Bluetooth pairing), credential.create() with ResidentKey hint, conditional UI (autocomplete-like prompt), large blob storage. Compatible with CTAP 2.2. Implemented Chrome 108+, Safari 16+, Firefox 119+, Edge 108+.
