Spec W3C WebAuthn niveau 3 pour Passkeys.

Définition

WebAuthn Level 3 ajoute hybrid transport (cross-device QR + BLE pour Passkeys cross-platform sans Bluetooth pairing), credential.create() avec ResidentKey hint, conditional UI (autocomplete-like prompt), large blob storage. Compatible CTAP 2.2. Implémenté Chrome 108+, Safari 16+, Firefox 119+, Edge 108+.
