NACHA ACH code for post-death reclaim.
Definition
RCL is typically used by US Social Security Administration to reclaim benefits paid post-death. 90-day limit in some cases. ODFI (Originating Depository FI) issues RCL and RDFI (Receiving) must return funds within 60 days. Governed by NACHA Operating Rules section 8.
