HS 2022 introduces revised chapters for: (1) e-waste (84.49, 85.49), (2) drones (88.06), (3) e-cigarettes (24.04), (4) stem cells (30.02), (5) reclassified smartphones under 85.17. EU Combined Nomenclature (CN) 2024 aligned with HS 2022. Reorientation for climate and health.
