Definition
REM defines evidence formats and flows that guarantee integrity and non-repudiation of an electronic submission. The REM Baseline and its profile serve as a reference implementation of the eIDAS Electronic Registered Delivery Services (ERDS) and qualified services (QERDS), and interconnect with eDelivery gateways.
