SyncPerson — Person reference

OAGIS BOD combining the verb Sync and the noun Person. Business cornerstone of the hr domain in the OAGIS 10.x ecosystem.

BOD purpose

The SyncPerson BOD broadcasts identity data of a person (civil status, contact details, external identifiers) independent of their worker role. Used to coordinate HRIS, CRM and external systems on a unique person-identity concept.

Structure (ApplicationArea + DataArea)

As every OAGIS BOD, SyncPerson stacks an ApplicationArea technical envelope (Sender, BODID, CreationDateTime) and a DataArea business payload containing the verb Sync and the noun Person.

Minimal OAGIS 10.x payload for didactic purposes. The structural elements (header + business line) are required in any conformant implementation.

Use case

A merger event migrates 1,248 persons from the Oracle HRIS of the absorbed entity toward the acquirer's Workday via a nightly wave of SyncPerson events.

EDI equivalents

No direct EDI counterpart on the gateway: this BOD is strictly internal to the OAGIS / ERP ecosystem, with no openly standardised EDIFACT or X12 counterpart.
