Zapier Paths operation: Trigger step → Filter step optional → Paths step (multiple branches A, B, C with conditions), each branch contains its actions. Max 7 paths per step, ~30 nested steps. Conditions: Field-based (equals, contains, > <), Multi-field with AND/OR. Use cases: Lead scoring routing, customer segmentation, ticket priority handling. Plans: Free (5 zaps, no paths), Starter ($20, no paths), Professional ($49, paths included), Team ($69), Company custom.
