UND
The timestamp left by a VAN that stored the message before relay.
Definition
UND carries a VAN service identifier, a VAN reception date/time, and a relay date/time. Provides traceability of the latency added by the network.
Origin
Optional segment defined by legacy VANs (GEIS, IBM Global Network, Easylink) and formalised in the EDIFACT D.96A directory.
