Definition

The Turkish e-Fatura system is administered by GIB (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı — Turkish Revenue Administration). UBL-TR format (customised UBL 2.1), mandatory XAdES-X-L signature. Transmission via GIB Portal or via an Özel Entegratör (Private Integrator). Mandatory for taxpayers ≥ 5M TRY revenue since 2014, threshold progressively lowered.

Origin

VUK Communique 397/2010 launches e-Fatura. Mandatory 2014. Parallel e-Arşiv system (B2C), plus e-İrsaliye (transport).
