InvoiceNow is the Singapore electronic invoicing network operated by IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority). Based on PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0, first national deployment outside Europe (since May 2018). Strategy: eliminate PDF and accelerate payment (avg 40 days → 14 days measured on early adopters).

Origin

Launched in May 2018 by IMDA. Extends the PEPPOL ecosystem to Singapore, Australia (2019), New Zealand (2019), Japan (2022), Malaysia (2024).
