EIS (Electronic Invoicing System) is piloted by the Philippine BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) in application of the TRAIN Law (Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion) RA 10963. Initial obligation for the 100 largest taxpayers (large taxpayers) starting 2022, progressive enlargement. Standardised JSON format, secure REST API transmission.
