OpenPeppol community responsible for the post-award phase specifications.

Definition

The PoAC coordinates the lifecycle of the specifications covering a procurement's post-award phase: invoice, credit note, invoice response, message-level response, catalogue. It maintains the PINT model and the BIS Billing specifications and arbitrates changes to their business rules and validation artefacts. It is also written PoACC.
