Founded in 1999 by Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton and others ; 200+ current members (airlines, GDS, OTAs, hoteliers). Working Groups: Air, Hotel, Vehicle Rental, Cruise, Insurance. Bi-annual release (spring, fall).

Origin

Incorporated as a non-profit in Wilmington, Delaware in 1999.
