OIOUBL ("OIO" = Offentlig Information Online) is a Danish customization of OASIS UBL 2.0 defining documents such as Invoice, CreditNote, Reminder and OrderResponse. Maintained by the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen), it is the reference format of the Nemhandel network; OIOUBL 3 aligns with PEPPOL BIS / EN 16931.
