HL7 v2.x segment, patient relatives and associated parties.
Definition
NK1 is repeatable: one segment per person or organization related to the patient. NK1-2 carries the name (XPN), NK1-3 the relationship (table 0063), NK1-4 the address and NK1-5 the phone. It follows PID in ADT messages.
