Charge-allocation field of SWIFT MT category 1 messages.
Definition
71A is a mandatory single 3-letter code field: OUR (all charges borne by the ordering customer), BEN (all charges borne by the beneficiary), SHA (shared — ordering customer pays its own charges, beneficiary pays its own). It governs the use of fields 71F (charges deducted, passed on) and 71G (charges to be collected, for OUR).
