FA(3)
KSeF 2.0 invoice schema, 2026 mandate.
Definition
FA(3) succeeds FA(2) as the logical schema for invoices submitted to KSeF. It notably adds support for attachments (załączniki), utility-sector adjustments and fields aligned with the phased mandatory 2026 rollout. An invoice sent during the FA(3) period must validate against this schema rather than FA(2).
Origin
FA(3) schema published by the Ministerstwo Finansów (Polish Ministry of Finance) as part of the KSeF 2.0 project, on the podatki.gov.pl / ksef portal.
