Definition

acmt.027 AccountSwitchInformationRequest belongs to the ISO 20022 account-switching message set, designed for automated account portability such as the UK Current Account Switch Service. The new institution (New Account Servicer) sends it to the old one to obtain the direct debits, standing orders and balances to be transferred; the old institution replies with acmt.028 (AccountSwitchInformationResponse). The central switch context is carried by the AcctSwtchDtls element.
