ISDOC

Czech national XML electronic-invoice format.

Definition

ISDOC is an open, structured, XML-based format designed for the electronic exchange of invoices and other business documents. Files carry the .isdoc extension and are read with an ISDOC Reader; the ISDOCX variant bundles the ISDOC with a PDF and attachments in a ZIP archive. The current version is 6.0.2.

Origin

Standardised in 2009 by the Czech ICT Unie (SPIS) association; format maintenance for the Czech environment is provided by the Department of the Chief Architect of eGovernment of the Czech Ministry of the Interior.
