UN/EDIFACT groupage and consolidation message, transport and logistics.
Definition
IFCSUM (Forwarding and consolidation summary) is used by a forwarder to announce a groupage: it aggregates several consignments (each in a CNI segment, with its parties, goods and documents) under one means of transport (TDT) and one equipment (EQD). It is typically the consolidation manifest sent to the main carrier or the destination agent.
