ICD-LIST-OASIS
ICD list (OASIS BDXR) is the official list of ISO 6523 ICD (International Code Designator) codes maintained by OASIS in the BDXR profile, referenced by PEPPOL to identify a party identifier scheme.
Definition
The OASIS ICD list inventories identification schemes (4-digit ICD code) recognised by PEPPOL: 0002 SIRENE, 0007 SE, 0088 GLN, 0142 GS1, 0184 DK-CVR, etc. Without this list, a bare 'IBAN' identifier would be ambiguous; with it we say ICD=0030 IBAN.

Maintained by the OASIS BDXR Technical Committee since 2016 (BDX-ICD v1.0). Regularly synced with PEPPOL additions.
Use
In a PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 on UBL 2.1, the EndpointID carries a schemeID drawn from the ICD list:
