ONE Order objectives: elimination of PNR/Ticket/EMD duplications, alignment with modern retail (Amazon-style), simplified distribution Servicing, easier Settlement with Orders. Associated NDC messages: OrderCreateRQ, OrderRetrieveRS, OrderChangeRQ, OrderCancelRQ. Progressive adoption with NDC Level 4 airlines: KLM, Lufthansa Group, Iberia, Hahn Air. IATA target 100% adoption 2030 in Modern Airline Retailing program.
