Definition
VXU^V04 unsolicitedly transmits a patient's vaccination history to an immunization information system (IIS). Each vaccination is carried by an RXA (Pharmacy/Treatment Administration) segment, complemented by RXR (route/site) and OBX. The PID identifies the patient and the expected response is an ACK.
