Definition
DFT^P03 describes a financial transaction exchanged between systems, typically to post ancillary charges to billing. The FT1 (Financial Transaction) segment carries the detail: type, code, amount, quantity, date. The message contains a PID, optional ORC/OBR segments, and one or more FT1 segments.
