ELSTER exposes an XBRL EDI API (annual taxes), a standard ELSTER XML API (periodic taxes), ELSTER-Zertifikat authentication (federal X.509 cert). Mein ELSTER (web) and BelegabrufServiceTransmitter for pre-filling. Coupled with DATEV for accountants.
