Definition

FIRDS exposes over 17M ISINs with MiFID II RTS 23 fields (40+ fields): Issuer LEI, Trading venue MIC, Notional currency, Strike price. Updates daily via ESMA portal and FTP downloads. Coupled with FITRS for price transparency.

Launched by ESMA in 2017 under MiFID II / MiFIR.
