FIATA FWB specifications: non-negotiable (NOT transferable, like FCT), waybill character function similar to B/L but not property title, distinctive pale blue colour. Differs from FBL: FBL negotiable multimodal full UNCTAD/ICC Rules vs FWB non-negotiable simpler. Usage scenarios: (1) multimodal shipments where consignee known, (2) door-to-door integrated logistics where freight forwarder manages end-to-end, (3) air cargo HAWB context (House Air Waybill = FWB for air shipments). Mandatory data: shipper, consignee, notify party, place receipt, port loading, port discharge, place delivery, goods description, freight payment terms (prepaid/collect).
