FSMA 204 targets the Food Traceability List (FTL) — meat, cheese, cut fruits, eggs, etc. Critical Tracking Events: Growing, Receiving, Creating, Transformation, Shipping. Target implementation: 20 January 2028 (date deferred 2026 → 2028).
