FACTUR-X BASIC

Intermediate Factur-X profile carrying line-item detail.

Definition

BASIC is one of the five Factur-X profiles (MINIMUM, BASIC WL, BASIC, EN 16931, EXTENDED). Unlike BASIC WL (without lines), BASIC carries invoice line-item detail while remaining a strict subset of the EN 16931 standard. It is acceptable in the French scheme where the full COMFORT (EN 16931) profile is not required.

Origin

Defined in the Factur-X 1.0 / ZUGFeRD 2 specification (FNFE-MPE and Forum elektronische Rechnung Deutschland), compliant with a subset of EN 16931-1 (CEN/TC 434) in UN/CEFACT CII syntax.
