eForms relies on eForms SDK (Schema Development Kit) maintained by EU TED Office of Publications. 40 different forms: Prior Information Notice, Contract Notice, Contract Award Notice, Modification Notice, etc. UBL extension. OCDS compatibility via mapping. XML format with SDK controlled vocabularies.
