EU eForms Validation Service

Online XML eForms validation service before TED.

Definition

The service exposes a REST API (POST /validation/v1/notice) and a web UI at ted.europa.eu. Returns a validation report (XSD errors + Schematron rule violations + warnings). Compatible with all SDK 1.x and 2.x versions. Updated in sync with SDK releases.

DG DIGIT (TED Team), service launched 2022 during the eForms testing phase.

Usage

Essential for procurement ISVs (Atexo, MyConsult, Vortal, Achatpublic.com) needing to ensure their notices pass TED validations before submission.
