UN electronic consignment note protocol.
Definition
eCMR Protocol signed by ~33 State Parties including France (2018), Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Russia. Enables cryptographic electronic signature with authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation. Implementation: Pledger, Transflo, TransFollow, WeNow, Sixfold platforms offer compliant eCMR. Adoption accelerated by eFTI Regulation EU 2020/1056 entered into force 21 August 2024.
