DCSA maritime booking API.

Definition

DCSA Booking v2.0 exposes POST /bookings (request), PATCH /bookings/{id} (amendment), DELETE /bookings/{id}. States: RECEIVED, PENDING UPDATE, UPDATE CONFIRMED, CONFIRMED, COMPLETED, DECLINED, CANCELLED. Compatible with historical UN/EDIFACT IFTMBF but in native JSON.
