Definition
The Golden Tax System (金税工程 Jīnshuì Gōngchéng) is the central system of the Chinese tax administration (STA — State Taxation Administration). Phase IV being rolled out from 2021 introduces the fully digitised e-fapiao (电子发票 — e-invoice) — no paper backing, no special VAT plate, unique national identifier.
