Addenda
Private commercial extension of the Mexican CFDI.
Definition
The cfdi:Addenda node is free-form: its content is neither defined nor validated by the SAT and is excluded from the fiscal seal computation. Each buyer (Walmart, Liverpool, Soriana, etc.) publishes its own addenda XML structure as a condition for paying the invoice. It is added after stamping and must not alter the fiscal part of the CFDI.
Origin
Element provided by the SAT CFDI standard (Anexo 20) as a non-fiscal extension area. The addenda schemas themselves are defined by each receiving company, often aligned with the AMECE/GS1 México sector standard.
