CdtTrfTxInf is the <CdtTrfTxInf> block describing a unitary credit-transfer transaction in an ISO 20022 message (pacs.008, pain.001).

Definition

Each <CdtTrfTxInf> carries PmtId (MessageId, InstrId, EndToEndId, TxId), Amt, ChrgBr, Dbtr/DbtrAgent, Cdtr/CdtrAgent, RmtInf. It is the ISO 20022 equivalent of a single MT 103 or one line of a bulk credit transfer.

Origin

Specified in pacs.008.001.01 (2010) and refined in successive versions. Version pacs.008.001.10 (CBPR+ 2023) is the one used for the cross-border migration in November 2025.

Use

For an EUR 1,234.56 wire from Acme to Globex, <CdtTrfTxInf> carries <PmtId><EndToEndId>INV-2026-042</EndToEndId></PmtId><Amt><InstdAmt Ccy="EUR">1234.56</InstdAmt></Amt><Dbtr>...</Dbtr><Cdtr>...</Cdtr><RmtInf><Strd>...</Strd></RmtInf>.
