CDC (SIFEN)
Unique control key of the Paraguayan electronic document (SIFEN/SET).
Definition
The CDC encodes issuer and document data (RUC, type, numbering, date, security code) into a 44-character string. It identifies the Documento Electrónico (DE), appears in the KuDE QR code, and lets parties retrieve the approved DTE on the SET portal.

Defined in the SIFEN Manual Técnico (Sistema Integrado de Facturación Electrónica Nacional), published by Paraguay's Subsecretaría de Estado de Tributación (SET).
