BBAN
Country-specific component of the IBAN defined by ISO 13616.
Definition
The BBAN is the portion following the country code and the two check digits in an IBAN; its structure (bank identifier, branch, account number, optional national check digit) is defined country by country by each national registry. The BBAN does not include the ISO country code or the IBAN's modulo-97 check key.
Origin
Defined by ISO 13616 (IBAN); national BBAN formats are published in the IBAN Registry maintained by SWIFT as the registration authority.
