Definition
In the 855 transaction set, the ACK segment opens the loop that acknowledges each line. ACK01 (element 668, Line Item Status Code) states the line's fate: IA accepted, IR rejected, IB accepted backordered, IC accepted with changes, DR date rescheduled. Following elements echo the confirmed quantity and unit.
