PID-3

Champ HL7 v2.x du segment PID portant les identifiants patient.

Définition

PID-3 remplace l'ancien PID-2 et accepte plusieurs identifiants séparés par ~. Chaque occurrence est un type de données CX : valeur, Assigning Authority (CX.4) et Identifier Type Code (CX.5, table 0203, ex. MR pour Medical Record Number). C'est le champ pivot des correspondances PIX/PDQ.
