OTel Metrics API Spec stable septembre 2021 ; SDK GA. Compatible Prometheus en export. Supporte Exemplars (lier metric à trace ID). Aggregation Temporality CUMULATIVE (Prometheus default) ou DELTA (Datadog default). View API pour reshape metrics côté SDK.
