WCSTAT remplace l'Unit Statistical Report (USR) hérité depuis 2017 dans les états NCCI. Format flat file + EDI (WCPOLS, WCCRIT, DCI). Couvre data : policy header, employer info, governing class code, exposure (payroll/lives), claim info (loss type, dates, indemnity + medical, recovery). Compliance audit annuel par NCCI.
