Définition

IFS Food v8 (2023) couvre HACCP, Food Defense, allergens management, traceability, fraud mitigation. Score : Higher Level (75-90%) ou Foundation Level (50-75%). Certificats échangés via IFS Database et téléchargeables en PDF/XML pour intégration retailer (Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi).
