USCDI v3 (juillet 2022) inclut Encounter Information, Health Concerns, Goals, Procedures, Diagnostic Imaging. TEFCA Common Agreement v2 (avril 2024) impose FHIR R4 USCDI v3 baseline pour treatment, payment, health care operations, public health, individual access.
