RxNorm utilise RxCUI (Concept Unique Identifier). Hiérarchie : IN (Ingredient) → SCD (Semantic Clinical Drug) → SBD (Semantic Branded Drug). Aligne FDA NDC, VA NDF-RT, Multum, Micromedex, MTHFR. Distribué par UMLS Metathesaurus mensuel. Utilisé par tous les EHR US Meaningful Use.
