Customisation déclarative K8s sans templating.

Définition

Kustomize layers : base/ (manifests communs) + overlays/{env}/ (kustomization.yaml + patches). Operators : patchesStrategicMerge, patchesJson6902, configMapGenerator, secretGenerator, namespace, namePrefix, commonLabels, transformers. Alternative à Helm pour ceux qui rejettent templating. Forte intégration Argo CD, Flux CD.

Google + Kubernetes SIG CLI, projet kustomize annoncé 2018, intégration native kubectl K8s 1.14 (mars 2019).

Usage

Standard pour customisation manifests sans templating. Compatible workflow GitOps (Argo CD, Flux).
