Définition

Incoterms 2020 : 7 multimodaux (EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP) + 4 maritimes (FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF). Différence Incoterms 2010 → 2020 : DAT renommé DPU, CIP requires Institute Cargo Clauses (A) ALL RISKS au lieu de (C). Révision tous les 10 ans.

Exemple en contexte

Un contrat France ↔ Japon Sony stipule "FCA Sceaux Incoterms 2020" — vendeur livre marchandise au transporteur à Sceaux, acheteur paye le transport et risque dès chargement camion.
